Branded content is delivered via posting at the creator's social account. If you want the digital file of branded content, please inform the creator in advance when you make an order.
Please share your product URL for a creator to make an informed decision for your sponsorship.
If you want creators to have a specific concept, layout, comment, mention, or hashtag, please use Custom Request section to let creators know about it when you make an order. Custom Request may involve additional cost depending on the scope of your request.
Content delivery schedule may vary depending on order date or a creator’s schedule.
Product Sample Shipping
A product sample is an excellent medium to promote your brand. If you intend to ship a product sample to a creator, brand or a customer pays for shipping and Creket is not responsible for the shipping.

Refund Guide
Your purchase is always refundable if:
-You cancel within 24 hours of purchase
-Your creator declined your order within 24 hours of purchase
-You are charged more than once for the same item by an accident
If none of the above, your content is not refundable.
