Product Sample Shipping
A product sample is an excellent medium to promote your brand. If you intend to ship a product sample to a creator, brand or a customer pays for shipping and Creket is not responsible for the shipping.

Refund Guide
Your purchase is always refundable if:
-You cancel within 24 hours of purchase
-Your creator declined your order within 24 hours of purchase
-You are charged more than once for the same item by an accident
If none of the above, your content is not refundable.
